Still Point

It doesn’t shatter you in bits and pieces. It shatters you all once. You are there, and then you aren’t. It’s not you anymore; it never will be.

That’s the​ still point- the moment that influences, that irresistible tide that ultimately breaks you,

Reduces you, changes you irrevocably.

My still point was when I met you, when I really saw you and realised you were the granite

That could break me, for better or worse.
